This Summer Big Act performed the fantastic Bugsy Malone by Alan Parker...a fast-paced, toe tapping show with plenty of custard pies and splurge thrown in for good measure!

Christmas 2010: Big Act's Got Talent!
This Christmas we were visited by some very distinguished judges to judge our fantastic talent contest. Film Producer Bill Shepherd, society photographer Sarah Baker and ex music Producer Jeremy Simpson picked Rory Thomas's rendition of Janice Joplin's 'Mercedes Benz' in first place.
Juliet Stafford came second with 'On My Own' from Les Miserables and Serena Vaughan took third place for 'Hey Soul Sister' by Train. A big well done to everyone who took part - the standard of all the acts were really high!

Summer 2010: Sweeney Todd - The Shock 'n' Roll Show This Summer we performed 'Sweeney Todd - The Shock 'n' Roll Show' at The Charles Cryer Theatre...a fun-packed show full of pies, blood and a few fingernails for good measure!

Christmas 2009: A Grimm Christmas! Last Christmas we hosted a veritable feast of magical fairy tales adapted by the Grimms brothers, with a sprinkling of high octane dance numbers and toe tapping songs!

August 2009 Play In A Week: Treasure Island This Summer’s Play In A Week was the fabulous Treasure Island adapted for stage by Phil Willmott. Everyone put in a tremendous amount of effort and enthusiasm and the play was a real success!
Summer 2009: Shake Ripple and Roll! This Summer’s production was ‘Shake Ripple and Roll’, a fab 1950s rock and roll musical set in a New York ice cream parlour, written by Jenifer Toksvig and David Perkins.
The Big Act also performed the play in the 'Man in The Moon' Theatre Tent at this year's Guilfest 2009 on Sunday July 12th . Check out our photographs!
